Rahul has over 25 years of experience across Sales, Strategy, Business Development & Product. He is responsible for the Payment Services business. He has been instrumental in the launch and growth of the DirecPay business. He has been working with the company since May 2005 and is currently designated as our Chief Executive Officer.

He has an expertise in running payment systems and building businesses around it. Prior to this he has worked with leading companies such as Unilever, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and American Express. In terms of education, Rahul is Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and MBA in Marketing from Institute of Technology and Management.

Bishwaroop has over 25 years of experience across Sales, Strategy, Business Development & Product. He has been instrumental and part of the core Business team since the growth phase and is responsible for the Enterprise business. He has handled various roles over the years and led teams leading many successful projects. He has been working with the Company since June 2003 and is currently designated as Head – Enterprise Solutions.

With an expertise in Banking & finance, prior to this he has worked with Ashima Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank. Bishwaroop has graduated in Economics and PGDBM with specialization in Finance & Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (Pune).

Achal has over 20 years of experience across Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Business Development & Product. Currently he is responsible for Product and Marketing. He has been part of the core Business team since early years and has been working with the Company since November 2001 and is currently designated as Head – Product & Marketing. During his tenure he has handled Product & Marketing across all brands & businesses along with leading both the direct-to-consumer as well as institutional remittances businesses.

Passionate about everything in the digital space, his areas of expertise include digital strategy & marketing, online brand building, media planning etc. He has been a regular speaker at digital events over the years. Achal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and PGDBA in Marketing from NMIMS.

Rajesh has over 26 years of experience across Operations, Customer Service and Compliance. He was one of the first few employees of the Company when it was formed way back in 2000 and instrumental in giving support across various shared functions. He is responsible for Operations and Customer Service and has been working with the Company since October 2000 and is currently designated as Head – Customer Service & Operations.

Prior to this, he has worked with notable MNC’s like Bank of America and Citibank. At Citibank he managed Rupee treasury operations for Citigroup affiliates across various structured products. Rajesh studied Dip. In Management Studies from CRKIMR and has graduated with B.Sc. (Honors) in Chemistry from Mumbai University.

Prajakta has over 18 years of experience in various domains of Human Resources. She is responsible for the entire gamut of Human Resources and Administration.

A competent HR professional with an eye for detail, she has been responsible for streamlining of HR function and been instrumental in strengthening the HR to support the businesses. She has been working with the Company since February 2012 and is currently designated as Head – Human Resources & Administration.

Her earlier stints were across different industries with Companies such as UTV Group, ITNation Media Ltd. and Tata Interactive Systems. Prajakta is a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and PGCHRM in Human Resources from XLRI.

Peersab supports the Company in the capacity of an external consulting Chief Compliance Officer. He guides the Company on Compliance matters. He is designated as Consulting Chief Compliance Officer.

Peersab is a career banking and payments industry leader with specific expertise in the Compliance & Risk Management verticals. With a career spanning over 40 years in the Banking & Financial Service sector. He has also worked with the Company as a Consultant on full time retainership for 6 years and was responsible for formulating the Risk and Compliance Policy Framework of the Company and tools and techniques for implementation thereof.

Prior to this he has also worked with Bank of Maharashtra and ICICI bank. Peersab holds an LLB degree from University of Bombay. He is also an M. Com Graduate and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

Anil has over 20 years of experience in managing information technology with in-depth technical experience including setting up an offshore development center in India and managing in-house development and IT Solution Architectures with hands-on experience.

He has a Diploma in Computer Science and his areas of expertise include Solution Architecture, Technical Designs and Application Security, Application Development and Maintenance, Strong hands-on knowledge on infrastructure including Servers, Storage, Disaster Recovery and Agile/Digital/Cloud Transformation.

He has been working with the Wizzpay Group since 2000 and is designated as Deputy CIO UESPL. During his tenure he has handled various roles growing in a senior role and is currently managing the Technology requirements for UESPL.
